I'm not too into dieting, so I'm just going to hold back on junk food,
and drink TONS of water. Maybe eat lots of celery? Hahah.
I've read that 2-5 miles a day would do that trick.
But, help me out?

You could run about 3-4 miles on the treadmill.
But run the distance at a much higher intensity.

I'm currently losing 4pounds a week by biking 15miles a day.
Just don't eat anything unhealthy.
Drink plenty of water to flush out your system.
