I jog in place with knee lifts and kicks incorporated in for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. I also do a 4 mile walk with interval jogs that last 2 minutes (Leslie Sansone DVD), i also do 5 reps of plea squats, waist twists, crunches, hip thrusts, knee lifts... will this help me lose weight like people on the biggest loser (sort of) what are some of the best exercise to help me lose weight. I'm 19, female 170, and 50 pounds overweight (obese). I don't eat junk food, I have added fruits, veggies, whole and multi grain foods I've never been a big fan of meat so that is something I don't consume a lot of. Someone please help me lose at least close to my 120 goal by September 4, 2010

You definitely need some protein in your diet, if you are not a big meat eater try to add some beans or nuts into your diet. Protein is essential for building muscle, and muscles burn calories PASSIVELY, so that's a big big plus if you want to lose weight. What you are doing seems to be a bit excessive if you are asking me...
So here's the bad news...50 pounds in less than 2 months is impossible and not healthy at all. The max a healthy human being can lose per week is 2 pounds of fat. So in 2 months time expect at most around 20 pounds of loss. I assume some of the weight can be water weight, or even just plain muscle.
Depending on your height 120 might not even be a healthy goal. What you need to do is reconsider and apply yourself to a healthier goal, like the weight of 150 by September. I hope this helps, good luck.
