After-thanksgiving diet plan! how much weight will i lose?

hey yall, i'm 16 years old, girl, 5' 4 and a half inches, and i weigh 143 lbs. so i've been on and off with dieting my ENTIRE life, so i've probably tried everything. but i recently found this Fruitarian diet, where you eat 80% fruits (maybe some veggies) and 20% protein. i'm thinking about starting it after thanksgiving (since i just CANNOT diet through thanksgiving) and i was wondering how much weight will i lose if i stay on this diet for a month?

honestly, you may lose weight fairly regularly because of the small amount of fats that you will be consuming, but you will be depriving yourself of carbohydrates and proteins - you need these for energy and muscle. While they are high in fat, you can't live without them. You may eat 20% of protein, but with every successful weight loss program, you should eat protein with every single meal. Fruits and vegetables are an essential part of everyone's diet, but you cannot eat only that. Your body needs many other things to be healthy, Remember to look toward long term healthiness and not a quick fix to weight problems. You sound to be at a healthy weight for your age. No matter what kind of fad diet you try - always concentrate on how you FEEL, nothing else. Happy dieting.
