Im going on cabbage soup diet (anyone have a good recipe?) for a wek and then switching to phase 1 of Atkins. I have little time to exercise but are on my feet moving a fair bit during the day. Any idea how many kg's I could lose If i stick to it strictly. Do you eat anything else on the cabbage soup diet or just the soup receipe.

my sister and her friend just went on that a couple of days ago actually. she lost about 3 kilos and said she generally felt happier and less bloated. its a pretty good loss considering you're only on it for a week. good luck! :)
