ok so im taking this bet where i can put on 30 pounds of muscle in 4 months. im taking 2 weight gaining shakes a day, eating 5 meals, and working out 2x a day. mind you i had weight loss surgery so my stomach size is much smaller. is what im trying to accomplish possible? and also get somewhat cut too

Going on a diet is essential to weight loss and building muscle. You can gain a good amount of muscle mass in four months with a diet. I have found a diet plan that put me ahead of the game. I was lifting with no diet and got no results. With the diet I used I am now pretty cut and healthy. All the best to you,
