I am looking to attempt to walk on to my college football team for next season (not the one thats about to start in a few months) and I was just wondering if anyone could help me with some workout tips as well as some diet strategies to follow. I am looking to play either wide receiver or defensive end. I am 6'5 and about 280, I want to lose weight first then kick it into high gear once most of the weight is gone. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.
