I have been advised by my doctors to start a vegan diet?

I have suffered from migraines for 10 years having at least one every two weeks and a constant headache.
My specialist has suggested trying a vegan diet to see if certain foods are the cause as we alreay know that red meat can cause them.

I am really keen to do this and what to start trying straight away but I am confused with what I can and can't eat and what recipes are good.

Can any one help me with this?? and please don't tell me it is just lettuce and broccoli!!!!

Thanks

No its not lettuce and broccoli
There are so many vegetables, cereals and whole grain breads that you can eat.
Try, bottle gourd, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, green beans, peas, tofu, eggplant, etc
You can buy a cookbook if you don't know how to cook & eat that
