Ok, I'm 15 and I'm not fat, but my stomach isn't very flat. It's like out a bit. I want to know what I can do to get a flat stomach. Thanks

various types of crunches, do 50 every night and keep going up more when that gets easy. change up the type of crunches you do each night, so your body doesn't get used to it.
