okay.. i am 13 turning 14 in september and i weigh 61kg! the thing is i hav a lot of bone weight so i look maybe, 55 or 56kg.. i reli want a gud body before my birthday, maybe like selena gomez's (dont say she doesnt have a nice body and she's anorecsic blablabla) i just atleast want to be 54kg by september.. is it possible? if not then how long will it take to get to 54kg? and what exersice should i do and what should i eat? i am vegetarian... so is it eaiser? or what? please help me! m also trying to get a bikini body!

- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
