Lunch: Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, and 1 cup steamed broccoli
3 hrs after lunch: a protein shake and a banana
Dinner: chicken breast or steak, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup steamed broccoli
I'm 16 and will be lifting weights Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and running Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I will drink a Whey protein shake before and after lifting and a casein protein shake before bed every night. Will I gain muscle mass from this?

yes thats a great diet. and if you're a skinny guy trying to pick up mass dont do cardio, it will only hinder your muscle gains.
