Do those "Who's viewed your profile" apps on Facebook really work?

Or are they just a scam?

How can I go from a vegetarian to a pescetarian diet....?

without getting ill?
I've been vegetarian for about a year and am thinking about incorporating fish back into my diet for personal health and diet reasons.

Will it really make me sick like people say or am I safe to just start eating it in small portions?
Has anybody done this before?

You most likely won't be sick.

Just start off with small portions, maybe once a week, and work up from that.

I accidentally ate a fish cake (was meant to be a potato cake, someone gave me the wrong thing)... now when I say ate, I bit into it and had it in my mouth, then just spat it back out, but I didn't get sick from the taste or anything.

So just go easy, take small amounts back into your diet, then if you're ok with that, increase the amount and so on
