I'm 15 and in a few weeks ill be 16 and I want to lose weight in about 3 months. I weigh 142 and I have big thighs and ***( I don't like having a big butt I want too lose some of it). So help me out guys I can't go to the gym cause my parents can't afford it or so they say. So I wanted to know if there are any at home routines that'll help me? Something that will work. And I'm also planning on getting a treadmill. And please don't just say try dieting cause ill go on a diet while working out.

Great news you're getting a tread mill. Use it 5-6 days a week for 20-30 minutes a day and use a good diet and you'll see the thighs becoming smaller. Don't skip workouts for this brings it all back. I think a treadmill and a good diet alone will bring you to where you want to be..also jumping jacks/jumping rope are great cardio which burns calories!
