I am a size 10 an d i am 14. I am worried about my weight. i am generally not a very lazy person and i have to walk to and from school almost everyday, so in a whole day i walk about 50-60 mins. I try to do the wii fit sometimes, becaus ei find it quite fun, but i can only do it certain days of the week because i only do it whe my family is out, Do you have tips which would help me lose weight, tips for meals, sticking to diets, eating plans? or m,aybe how YOU lost weight maybe? thanks xx

I've been doing a low carb/high fat diet for 2 years now and i've lost 22 pounds. I'm 16 right now but i started when i was 14 years old, 5'3, and weighed about 130 pounds. I also try to run about 1.5 miles per day. I know this all seems really difficult, but trust me a low carb diet is so easy. As long as you can cut out starches and sugar you lose weight soo fast and keep it off. You know what i get to eat every morning? Eggs, bacon, sausage, with tons of butter and cheese. On this diet you still get to eat so much delicious food. I sound like some advertisement now haha but really, try a low carb diet and try to run every now and then. It's super simple and it helps SO much.
