I'm trying to loose some Tummy, Hips, Chin and Chest. Having no insurance right now I'm trying to lose it on my own. I'm also trying to prevent Diabetes since its runs strong in my family, I recently had a Sugar Crash where I felt Dizzy, sick and shake after I got some sugar in me it was fine. So far I've been really good except for my Need to Snack constantly during a certain time of the month. My dad said that walnuts were better for me but I really don't like the taste of them (Just tried them and they taste Disgusting). I've eaten Almonds before and I love them. I've read different reviews on them but I need to know Which one Would be the Best for me to eat. If walnuts are better I'll just have to suck it up and eat them.

Raw almonds have less fat than walnuts- but they must be eaten in moderation. I did the "flat belly diet" a while back, and they suggested a mono-unsaturated Fatty acid with every meal, which meant I got to eat almonds mixed with a couple tablespoonsful of semi-sweet chocolate chips. It was the tastiest way I ever lost weight!
