Workout planning help from teens?

I would like to lose some extra tummy fat, and was wondering what kind of work-out plan I should be using? And a good diet plan too :). I don't know if that's too much to ask for, but I really appreciate it :)!

Well assuming your a girl since you like make up, you need to focus on two main areas. First is cardio, do around 15 minutes of it in the beginning of your work out. Do the treadmill, do one minute running at 5.0-6.0 speed and 1 minute resting at 4.0 speed. You can alter it how you like.

The other exercise that will help you lose belly fat is lower body exercises. Squats utilize your entire leg and your glutes( butt muscles) too. Squats are done by putting a weight resting on your shoulders, then bending your knees while pushing your butt out backwards. The slower you do this the better, especially when you come back up. This will burn a lot of calories, and will overtime make your butt stick out a little more. What girl doesn't want a round perky butt you can be proud of in tights?
