Has any one ever been to Matera Italy? or live there? or can tell me a little about it? I've done some resurch about it online, but i would like to know more on like a personal experience level. In Matera, do they speak the regular dialect of italian? Do alot of people live there? From what iv'e seen its looks like its poor conditions of living, but i'm not sure if it possibly has modernized more over the year.
Answer on Italy??????
Hi, I'm Italian, Matera is Nice but in Italy there are some cities more interesting like Rome, Florence, Milan and Venice. Matera is not poor but it is a old city.. They speak another kind of italian dialect but if you speak in normal italian they understand you. Good Travel!
