im 15 (16 in april 2011) and im 5'1, and weigh 90 pounds... ive ALWAYS been skinny, and ive always been active with sports since the age of 7.
Some days i eat a LOT, other days i just have a loss of appitite. and ive been noticing lately my weight goes up & down from 80 pounds to 95 pounds , and i want to weight 100 pounds. I havent done sports for a year & a half, so i thought that wouldve brought my weight up a bit, but nothing changed !
People assume i have an eating disorder :(
No matter what i do i CAN NOT GAIN WEIGHT OR MUSCLE .
-Should i talk to my doctor?

Try to maintain your body schedule, like sleeping regularily and eating at more regular times (not skipping meals). That should help your appetite so you feel "hungry" at more regular times. Also, still eat healthy, but add healthy fats (like avocados and nuts, which contain unsaturated fats). Do strength training exercises to build up muscle if you can.
You probably have a very high metabolism too.
If this doesn't help, talk to your doctor.
