Okay, so I am an Eighth Grader, (14 years old) and I am completely in the dark about what I should
eat to lose about 10 or so lbs.
My school's cafeteria doesn't provide very healthy foods except for a salad bar that has limp lettuce and squishy veggies. I've read that you should have 6 small meals a day, but I can't eat in class. (Also, I bringing my lunch to school is not an option because meals are included in tuition, and my mom wants me to 'use what she paid for')
Please, no answers saying that I'm skinny enough or to exercise. I jog for an hour every day, and I have had minimal to low weight loss.
Notes: 5 foot 3 inches, 111 lbs; also I have lunch at 12:30 every day.

It doesnt matter if you eat healthy just make sure you get all your nutrients and exercise A LOT. The harder you work the better shape you will be in you knmow..,.
