5 day crash diet --->How much will i lose?

Im doing it for an event on Friday. Iknow its not healthy and ill probably put it back on but please just tell me how much you think ill lose.

Okay so starting today:

Sunday:
Breakfast: 1 egg white, half a slice of brown toast, an apple, a coffee.
Then no food for the rest of the day.
Exercise: 200 sittups, 100 squats, burn 500calories at the gym, and go on a 1hour medium paced bike ride.

Monday:
Same as sunday

Tuesday:
Breakfast: 1 egg white, half a slice of brown toast, an apple, a coffee.
Then dinner, grilled fish with boiled vegetables and half a small potatoe.(altogether 400calories)
Exercise: 200 sittups, 100 squats, Go on a 1hour run (6k), and go on a 1hour medium paced bike ride.

Wednesday:
Same plan as Sunay and Monday

Thursday:
Breakfast: 1 egg white, half a slice of brown toast, an apple, a coffee.
Lunch: a 50calorie salad, made with fresh vegetables
No exercise today

Throughout im going to drink loads of water

This morning i was 141lbs (Im 5'11, female) how much do you think i will be by friday morning?

well people dont understand when starving your self with one meal a day your losing more muscle than fat muscle goes away faster than fat you will lose fat but you will lose alot muscle in that week and with the workout you listed you probably lose 5lbs of fat and maby 8lbs of muscle and
muscle is hidden behind the fat so you wont see the results of all the lost you have to understand eat less threw out the day you lose more weight plus burn fatt while your not working out
its all about raising the metabolism your body offers i know some people think that you lose more weight trying to limit calories but your body eats muscle when its starving and while you workout
that's why most fitness athletes or fitness trainers eat protein meals threw out the day with some carbs cause the more protien the more fuel for muscle and no protein dont make you buff it helps recover muscle and also chicken or fish some women workout with bad diets and end up looking more anorexic than in shape such as your diet even if its only five days i see you have no knowledge of the body i suggest you study more than trying to experiment all of who start working out get confused in what to eat im just glad i already went threw that stage you can message me for a diet cause im to lazy to type it if your not serious
