i have been working out really hard for the past 3 weeks and although i have lost inches around my waist, abdomen etc etc i put on 0.5 kg. is it normal? I follow my diet and i reckon it is a healthy and bal;anced one. i have a thyroid disorder though, albeit managed with medication. i am worried i will not lose any weight. do you think there is hope for me?

That weight might be turning into muscle or my friend said he gain 20pds going outside for a month and lost 10pds by playing 15 days of video games in a month so it could be one of those weird things.
