I'm specifically looking at either the Super Boost Green Tea fat burning and the Natural Calorie-Burning weight loss. I exercise regularly for about 30-45 minutes a day and diet constantly, but I have a medical condition that makes it fairly easy for me to gain weight and very difficult for me to lose any. I know that diet and exercise are the key to losing weight, but I am now turning to other options just to see if they will work for me!
