Okay so first, i was the fat kid so i went to the gym, and dieted and whatnot and now i'm a skinny kid with a little bit of muscle (only took me a good 5 months -.-) and know i want to add protein to my workout to get bigger. I'm 16years old, 6 feet tall and 150lbs. Basically muscle size doesn't matter, I just want to get stronger , preferably i want to use something pre-workout.

Use the recommended protein powder serving AFTER the workout, whether it's weight training or cardio. It will help the muscles recover and grow. If you take a shake before the workout it'll get converted to fat or otherwise used sub-optimally for gaining mass and strength.
