i'm about to be sixteen in about a week and school is about to start up. i weigh 140 and i'm about 5'6 i don't necessarily want to loose a lot just flatten my stomach and love handles a bit how can i do this without hurting my health? i have a month to do it so any advice?

Your weight is fine, just eat healthily, lots of fruit and vegetables and a small portion of meat or fish each day. To flatten that tummy, consciously pull in your abdomen and tighten all the lower muscles for ten seconds, several times a day, while on the telephone, waiting for a bus, whenever you have the opportunity.
