My friend wants to lose 30 pounds, but she is only asking me because im skinny.Is there anything i can do to help her?

Cardio exercise is a main contributor in losing weight. the simplest thing can do is walk. I find that the "Cardio walk away the pounds" video does wonders! It only takes a half an hour and you work up a good sweat! A few months of that and it certainly drop 30 pounds.
