5'6", 145 lbed female here, highly active, work out 6x/week (burn 450-700 calories per workout), eat 1600-1700?
It averages to about 1660 calories daily...is this too little for me? Too much? I'm LOSING weight to 120, When it comes to WEIGHT LOSS, what do u think of this number of calories? Should I eat less? More?

hmmmm...sounds good, but if you are NOT losing weight, try cutting down the calorie intake
