How to lose 2 pounds a week with HEALTHY diet and exercise?

I just started myself on a weight loss program and wanted to lose about 2 pounds a week for the next 50 weeks. Currently I weight 283 and my goal for the year is about 100 pounds. I use the elliptical an hour a day m-f . Normally I can get about 4-5 miles done in that time. I eat around 600-1000 calories on good days and record it all. Does anyone have any good tips? Oh I also take alli and keep my calories from fat under 15 a day

It sounds like you are on the right track! Make sure you drink lots and lots of water, it can really help keep things moving and flush out toxins in your body that contribute to weight gain!!
