All my life I have been skinny but not very healthy i use to eat very little maybe once a day and i drank a lot of soda and tea.About 5 years ago i started to put on a lot of weight my boyfriend and i have been together for 6 years now about 1 year after we had been dating i put on weight and it was coming on rapidly I started to eat more and wasn't depressed or stressed out anymore.But because of my poor eating habbit before now it is very hard for me to get the weight off i have tried diet pills nothing,work out videos and still nothing i have been eating healthy and working out.Any advice would be greatful

you must be consistant with exercise and cut out artificial preservatives andsugar- go organic. then eat about 1500 calories a day and see where you are at in a month.
