Bros before hos. In other words, if you are a true friend, you will always place a friend before a potential bf/gf.

Lose weight in 6 weeks?..and don't gain back when on holiday?

i'm 14,5'5 and 127 pounds
so i wanna be around 110 pounds in 6 weeks, when the school starts.i know there are millions of questions like mine but i wanted to ask anyway.
i don't know how many calories to eat every day,any good exercises and i love fried foods.i know they are not healthy and they have a lot of calories but i wanna make a new start and i will do everything for it.
problem is that in 15 days i will go on vacation and that means eat unhealthy foods, eat a lot, skip meals, not enough water, not enough exercise = gain weight.the problem is my day.he eats so much and when we are at a restaurant he orders so much food and when i don't eat he starts i don't want him to know that i'm dieting..
so can you tell me some tips for how to lose weight(and exercise too) and don't gain weight when i'm on holidays?
also i don't want any pills or programs-diets-exercise plans which need money.

One pound a week. If you’re not losing at least one pound a week on your chosen weight loss regimen, you’re (a) stalled, or (b) finished. You might need to push yourself even harder, or (in some cases) let up a little bit while your body plays catch-up. If you lose more than one pound a week, then you’re doing better than average. Expecting to lose five pounds a week just isn’t realistic, though.
