Soo this is kind of a personal question but if you don't know me, I don't think it matters.
Anyways, I've always been self conscious about my appearance. No matter if I eat really healthy or if I pig out on one day I always stay at 160lb (ps im 13 and about 5ft2in maybe a little more) I joined a gym in june and i love going there but the thing is my weight stays the same. I know I should probably ask a doctor about this but are there any workout/diet tips to even out my body

Its not a good idea to diet at such a young age, as you're still trying to grow, so exercise is probably the best way to go. Although, if you are eating a lot, cut down portion sizes, and do cardio at the gym, a lot of jogging. Don't try any get fit quick schemes!
