I know it is possible to get to my ideal weight and shape by this summer, my question is what is a fast but healthy amount of weight to lose a week 2? 3? 4? etc
cardio helps weight lose but by adding in resistance training can i build muscle mass at the same time or will that continue to make me lose weight? and how often should i do them? i currently am doing each on every other day with a Sunday cheat day
what is metabolic resistance training? and can you give me some examples of it?

Increase your fiber intake. The body needs a lot of fiber. Have a wel balanced diet. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.
