i'm 14,5'5 and 127 pounds
so i wanna be around 110 pounds in 6 weeks, when the school starts.i know there are millions of questions like mine but i wanted to ask anyway.
i don't know how many calories to eat every day,any good exercises and i love fried foods.i know they are not healthy and they have a lot of calories but i wanna make a new start and i will do everything for it.
problem is that in 15 days i will go on vacation and that means eat unhealthy foods, eat a lot, skip meals, not enough water, not enough exercise = gain weight.the problem is my day.he eats so much and when we are at a restaurant he orders so much food and when i don't eat he starts complaining.so i don't want him to know that i'm dieting..
so can you tell me some tips for how to lose weight(and exercise too) and don't gain weight when i'm on holidays?
also i don't want any pills or programs-diets-exercise plans which need money.
Answer on Lose weight in 6 weeks?..and don't gain back when on holiday?
Losing weight in such short time requires a lot of motivation. When you come up with a work out plan and eating plan, follow it, no matter what. The results will not just happen, you have to make them happen.
My belief is that you don't have to deprive yourself from anything or count calories or any of that. You just need to adjust what you already eat, into a healthier lifestyle.
Here is what I do:
--Every morning, I wake up and have a Vitamin and 1 full cup of Ice water.
--Throughout the day I am only in-taking juices, sodas, coffee, and teas. I don't cut myself off from anything because that can cause your body to long for them and even make your diet harder to fulfill.
--Everyday I have one full meal at 7:30pm. This is the time I allow myself to have whatever meal I like. Spaghetti and meatballs? sure! Tacos? Sure! Chinese Lo Mein? Awesome!
However, if there is desert, I will eat some but only a very small portion. I then plan what I want to eat the next day.
--Every night I work out for 30 mins only. Then I have 1 full cup of Ice water before going to bed, sometimes with toast, other times with a fruit.
Remember, it takes time! Don't get bummed if you don't see results right away. If you keep up the plan and if you are truly motivated, then it will happen.
