I'm trying to break a weight loss plateau........?

I'm 5"3', female, 122 pounds, and I think I've hit a plateau on my "weight loss". I've barely lost anything since I started MONTHS ago, so I thought maybe it was a plateau. Is this an acceptable amount to possibly break this plateau?

Sunday: 1600
Monday: 1400
Tuesday: 1250
Wednesday: 1200
Thursday: 1300
Friday: 1500
Saturday: 1400

Or do I have to eat MORE? :/
I do exercise almost every day, I usually alternate between strength training one day and cardio the next for 20-30 minutes.

So yours is around 1350-1400? So you're eating around what is right, it seems. You should probably exercise more, specifically, weight lift, to get more muscle to burn more calories.
