Qickest way to get six pack?

I'm 14 & I weigh 130. I have abs but not a six pack. I need a six pack for summer. What is the quickest way to get one? What diets? What exercises?

Answer on Qickest way to get six pack?

Your question's really short, but it's a huge one to answer correctly. But I know where you can get the correct answer. Bear in mind that at 14 you're still growing and you need to take care that you don't cut out fats (that's the one everyone's trying to avoid) - you need good fats - you don't want to stunt your growth! And depending on how your body is maturing you shouldn't be lifting heavy weights either - you'll affect the way you're growing, and not in a good way!

I bought an e-book which is brilliant - it covers things like the right exercises and the right diet to achieve not just a great six pack but also an all-round healthy and attractive body. And, as these things do these days, it comes with a 60 day unconditional money back guarantee – or there’s a trial offer for $5. The author, Mike Geary, covers all the areas you need to consider if you’re going to go for six pack abs:
You can dump the bogus ‘fat burner’ pills
Cut down or cut out the crunches and sit-ups (there are more efficient exercises)
Forget the useless ab belts or gadgets
Skip the boring cardio workouts – work smarter not harder
Learn about fat burning foods – and they’re healthy foods, not some scary chemical concoction
Learn unique workouts that burn stomach fat
Learn tricks to reduce junk-food cravings
Find out how some so-called health foods are cleverly disguised junk foods

I did a YouTube review of the book - The Truth About Six Pack Abs – where you can see what’s in the book. You can check it out here: www.healthandfitness24x7.com (I’ve included the link below) - just click on the 'product reviews' link in the menu. The book isn’t perfect – I’m a physical therapist and have taught exercise classes for nearly six years – but I am really impressed with it anyway. My review will explain my concerns, so I won’t repeat them here.

Enjoy the results!
