I want to lose about 10 pounds by March 30th. I've been running and doing cardio and eating healthy but I was wondering eating granola bars would affect my weight loss? My mom buys the fiber one chocolate and oats and they have about 140 calories.. is it bad to eat them everyday? And does anyone else have any more tips they can give me to lose weight.. thanks :)

In my opinion, no. I say that because granola bars are made of wheats and granola, which are carbs. Carbs keep you full for longer. Eating granola bars are actually healthy, so if you want to you can eat them. Try eating ones without chocolate or light chocolate because chocolate adds calories.
