It is possible to lose 25-30 pound in a month or 40-45 pounds in 2 months ?
With working out 5days a week for 2 hours, resting the other 2 days while being on a 1200 protein filled calorie diet
Of course I plan on making this a whole lifestyle change I was just wondering.
