While away at school, I eat a very routine diet that seems to keep me at 94 lbs. When I come home for breaks, however, I binge and eat a ton of food. This is bad and I don't want to become overweight. I weighed 101 this morning. Anyone do the same thing? I need tips to prevent myself from doing this. =/

I drink lots of water, if you can't stay busy, chew gum....brushing your teeth will also keep you from eating or drinking anything since it makes things taste weird. Just snack on healthy things like fruit, Oranges, bananas, apples or grapes
