Could someone please explain to your majesty who this gentleman Drake that you youths often now discuss of is?

Quite frankly, I hereby assume this "Drake" gentleman is attempting to take over the classic name that I made legendary over four-hundred years ago. Also, may I ask what is Rap or Hip Hop as you youths often call unto this genre, and what stringed instruments are used for the making of compositions in this genre in which I therefor speak of?

~ Sir Francis Drake

To answer your question: Drake is a rapper that is currently on the radio. He has an album that is coming out that people are anxiously waiting for (not me). Hip-Hop is not a genre but a culture accepted around the 1970's. Rap is "rythm and poetry". To rap you need to have good breath control, a mind that is fast enough to capture the time to speak the poetry. Electric guitar, bass, drum, electric keyboard, percussion, sousaphone etc are used in many cases as the music.
