Best diet recipe?

LOW FAT BRAN MUFFINS

-3/4 c. bran buds
-3/4 c. all bran
-3/4 c. hot water
-Egg Beaters to equal 3 eggs
-3 tbsp. applesauce
-1 c. non fat dry milk
-1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
-3 tsp. baking powder
-3 tsp. cinnamon
-6 tbsp. raisins
-6 pkg. Sweet and Low

Method-

Combine first 3 ingredients. Let soak 15 minutes. Then add remainder. Bake in muffin tins sprayed with coating spray.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes one dozen.
