Wake up have a black coffee and apple ( gives me lots of energy)
I run for about 2 km walk 1 km as a cool down every morning
Do weight resistance training
Eat well balanced foods for the rest of the day. I never drink pop or anything else besides coffee tea(all black no cream or sugar) and of course water.
I'm 5'6 and weigh 130lbs but have severe asthma which prevents me from having good endurance.
How long will it take me to lose 10lbs?
Anything I should change or any tips?
I also have the body type that builds muscle really fast and I don't want to be "buff" any tips on how to prevent that?

Don't just have coffee to keep you energised. Have a bowl of porridge or a banana.
Here is a tip: Do more cardio workout then strength. You will start to develop muscle of fat which means you won't burn off anything
