I need some health advice on a serious topic only experts please no spam!!?

Im having unwanted weight loss im 28 5-9 and 141 pounds I pretty much have weighed 152 pounds since i was 18. When i was weight lifting 2 years ago i weighed as much as 165 pounds but quit weight lifting because of a hiatal hernia. When I was weight lifting I often felt sick the next day with a weird smell in my hands and dark urine then I coughed up or saw blood in my sputum. I got chest x rays blood test such as a complete metabolic panel all fine except a rise in creatine kinase. At the moment I have acid reflux and take protonix now and again but actually have only taken like 10 pills in a 5 month period. I have bouts of hypoglycemia and muscle soreness and even get that strange smell in my hands and tiny specks of blood in my saliva after long hikes or exercise this always happens the next day and disappears later. My theory is I do not produce enough hydrochloric acid or pepsin thes limits my protein digestion causing inadequate muscle tissue repair any proton pump drugs amplifys this to a greater extent. My problem right now is weight loss I cant maintain my healthy weight my diet is fair enough but do not eat as much because I get bloated easily. I fear rhabdomylasis what is your take on my idea of lack of hydrochloric acid pepsin etc...

You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don't over do them! Losing muscle mass occurs when you are on a 'diet' that denies your body the nutrients needed to sustain strength. You can also take some of the supplements on this site to help speed up your weight loss.
